Who maintains the locker?
Bob Box's field team. We monitor uptime remotely and dispatch technicians within 24 hours of any fault.
Is there a cost to host?
No. Install, signage, software, and ongoing maintenance are all on us. You provide the space. We bring the locker and the foot traffic that comes with it.
What's in it for me as a host?
Consistent new foot traffic. Every parcel collection is a shopper visiting your site, many of them returning weekly. Hosts in retail centres typically see meaningful uplift in passing trade once the locker is established.
How long does install take?
Most sites go from site survey to a live locker within 2–3 weeks. We handle delivery, mounting, signage, and the initial network test. Your only ask is access during install.

Integration is free. We charge a per-parcel fee at scale, agreed in advance and aligned to your throughput.
