Bob Box is South Africa's open, courier-agnostic parcel locker network. We install smart lockers in convenient locations so anyone can send and collect parcels on their own schedule.
You can use Bob Box when shopping online with supported retailers, by booking a shipment through the Bob Go app, or through one of our trusted courier partners. Simply choose your preferred Bob Box locker location, and your parcel will be delivered securely for collection when it suits you.
Your collection PIN is sent via SMS and email the moment your parcel is securely placed inside the locker. It stays valid for the duration of your courier's collection window.
Your parcel is returned to the courier and you'll be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Parcels are never left unattended.
Yes. Many of our courier partners support locker returns. Look for the option on your store's returns page.
