Follow the steps below to make sure your parcel is collected and delivered without any delays.
Drop off within 36 hours of booking to avoid delays.
Pack & secure
Make sure your items are securely wrapped and protected. Using sturdy, proper packaging is the best way to prevent damage during transit.
Attach your waybill
Once your shipment has been successfully booked, you'll receive a waybill. Print and securely attach it to your parcel, ensuring all information is clearly visible. No printer? Simply write the shipment reference directly on the parcel instead.
Head to your dropoff point
Go to the locker location you selected during booking. Simply enter your unique PIN on the keypad to open the locker and place your parcel inside.

Drop off within 36 hours
Bookings typically remain active for 36 hours from the time they are created, though this window is determined by the courier and subject to change. Please ensure you drop off your parcel on time to avoid issues.
Track your parcel
Once your shipment has been collected from the locker, you'll receive a tracking link. Watch its progress in real-time right up until it reaches its final destination.
